Replacement orders are processed immediately once the customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone. Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 30 days of placing the orders and an image of the damaged product is shared with the team. Any queries or concerns beyond 30 days from the order confirmation date will not be processed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations can be processed provided that the orders are canceled before we ship them.
